Method, not promises.

The biggest AI mandates fail on process before they fail on models — scope that never lands, architecture that lives in slides, builds with no gates, and hand-offs with no one left to operate the result. Our engagement structure exists to remove exactly those failure modes, one phase at a time.

iSimplifyMe engagements run in four phases — discovery, architecture, build, operate — and each phase produces a concrete artifact: an engagement brief, a written reference architecture, a gated production deployment, and managed operations with end-to-end audit trails. Engagements begin at $50,000, and most ship to production in weeks rather than months.

How Does An Engagement Begin?

Discovery is a scoping conversation, not a sales sequence — what you run today, where the work actually happens, and what production would have to look like for the engagement to be worth doing. It closes on an engagement brief: the systems in scope, the constraint set, and the shape of the build. iSimplifyMe engagements begin at $50,000, and the engagement model is published rather than discovered in a proposal.

What Does The Architecture Phase Produce?

A written reference architecture for your engagement — the same discipline as the seven we publish, applied to your systems. This is also where procurement lives: security questionnaires, architecture reviews, and the per-account agreements regulated work requires are part of the phase, scheduled like engineering rather than endured like friction. The phase closes on a scoped statement of work against a document your team has already read.

How Is The Build Gated?

Staged deployments behind deterministic gates. Generated output passes validators it cannot talk its way around, a minimum quality score, a deploy gate, and post-deploy verification of what actually rendered — the model is never trusted to grade its own work. The full gate architecture is published in Layer 4: Reliability Engineering; your build inherits it by default. Most engagements ship to production in weeks rather than months, because the platform layer already exists.

What Does Operating Mean After Launch?

It means we stay. Managed operations, observability, and audit trails that run end to end — with operational AI held to the investigate-only standard: agents detect, diagnose, and escalate to a person, and never remediate production on their own. Operating is the phase that makes the other three honest, and it is why the engagement is priced as infrastructure rather than as a deliverable. The posture behind it — isolation, retention, compliance status — is published at Trust & Security.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does an engagement take?

Most engagements ship to production in weeks rather than months, because the platform layer is already built — we configure and deploy rather than start from zero. For regulated healthcare deployments, our published reference architecture includes a 12-week deployment template.

What does an engagement cost?

iSimplifyMe engagements begin at $50,000. Intelligence Core builds typically run into six figures. Every engagement is scoped individually against your goals, timeline, and technical requirements — the engagement model is published at isimplifyme.com/pricing.

Do you participate in security reviews and procurement?

Yes. Security questionnaires, architecture reviews, and procurement processes are part of the architecture phase, not an obstacle to it. Our trust posture — dedicated AWS accounts, per-account BAAs, seven-year audit retention, SOC 2 Type 1 in evaluation — is published at isimplifyme.com/trust.

What happens after launch?

We stay. iSimplifyMe operates what it builds — managed operations, observability, and end-to-end audit trails, with investigate-only AI agents that detect and escalate but never remediate production on their own. When something fails, someone here fixes it before you page us.

How do we know what we are buying?

Every architecture pattern we deploy is published — seven engineer-citable reference architectures in the whitepapers and open Labs dossiers. The architecture phase produces a written reference architecture for your engagement before the build phase begins, so the build is an implementation of a document you have already read.
