Account & Billing Data

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password credentials. Authentication is managed through AWS Cognito.

Billing Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account details, or other sensitive payment data on our servers. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Business & Usage Data

Business Data: Depending on the modules you use, we may process business information including CRM records, customer reviews, social media content, SEO data, and AI-generated content. All business data is stored in isolated, tenant-specific environments.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, including feature usage, credit consumption, and session activity for the purpose of improving the Service and managing your subscription.

3. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

iSimplifyMe Intelligence is a multi-tenant platform. Each client account (“tenant”) is logically isolated at the database level. All data operations are scoped to your tenant identifier, ensuring that your business data is never accessible to other tenants. Administrative access is restricted to authorized iSimplifyMe personnel only.

4. HIPAA Compliance

For clients in regulated healthcare industries, we maintain practices consistent with HIPAA requirements. Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled with appropriate safeguards, including encrypted storage, access controls, and audit logging. 5. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service; process transactions and manage subscriptions; generate AI-powered content, analytics, and recommendations; monitor and improve platform performance; communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; and comply with legal obligations.

We integrate with third-party services to deliver platform functionality. These include: Amazon Web Services (AWS) for infrastructure, compute, and data storage; Stripe for payment processing; Google APIs for review monitoring and business profile data; Meta (Facebook/Instagram) APIs for social media management; and AI services for content generation and analysis. Each third-party provider operates under its own privacy policy and data handling practices.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation, after which it is permanently deleted from our systems. 8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest; tenant-scoped database access controls; secure authentication via AWS Cognito; regular security reviews of infrastructure and application code; and restricted administrative access with audit logging.

9. Cookies and Local Storage

The Service uses browser local storage to maintain your authentication session and user preferences (such as theme selection). We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising trackers.

10. Your Rights
