Paid Media Intelligence

Not sold on its own. For clients whose infrastructure we already operate, we run Google Ads and Meta campaigns where the engagement's funnel needs them — analysis by Claude-based skills, decisions by a person, never priced as a percentage of spend.

Paid media is the smallest part of what we do. We run it only inside engagements we already operate, when the work calls for it.

Where Paid Media Sits.

iSimplifyMe does not sell paid media as a standalone service. Campaigns run only for clients whose infrastructure iSimplifyMe already builds and operates, scoped inside that engagement and never priced as a percentage of ad spend.

The ad platforms already automate bidding, targeting, and placement — Smart Bidding and Performance Max on Google, Advantage+ on Meta.

What is left worth paying for, after all, is analysis and judgment, and that work only makes sense when we already hold the rest of the system: the site the traffic lands on, the conversion tracking, the CRM the leads reach. Without those, paid media is a dashboard with no ground truth.

So campaigns run for existing clients, when the funnel has a job for them. If paid media is the only thing you need, we are the wrong firm; a paid-media specialist is the right hire.

What Runs When It Runs.

For an existing client, paid media means Google Ads managed under iSimplifyMe's manager account, Meta campaigns where the engagement's funnel needs them, and analysis run by three Claude-based skills against live account data — performance analysis, search-term methodology, and campaign investigation. A person decides what changes; the skills do the reading.

Every account we run lives under our Google Ads manager account (MCC): change history you can audit, access through the Google Ads API with reads written in GAQL, no shared passwords. The account stays yours.

The analysis is done by three skills we wrote for our own use and run for clients:

  • Performance analysis — trends at account, campaign, ad-group, and keyword level; cost per acquisition, impression share, conversion rate, compared period over period
  • Search-term methodology — every search term that triggered an ad, scored for intent; negative keyword lists built from the misses; wasted spend quantified
  • Campaign investigation — when cost per acquisition moves or conversions drop, a structured diagnosis of what changed and when
Budget, creative, and whether the campaign keeps running are a person's call.

Measurement, Not Management.

Inside an iSimplifyMe engagement, paid media is measured with the same instruments as the rest of the system — conversion tracking set up through Tag Manager, server-side conversion events where the engagement wires them (Meta's Conversions API, for one), and leads read in the client's CRM rather than in the platform's own reporting. Spend is judged against leads the CRM can see.

Platform-counted conversions include modeled, duplicate, and unqualified submissions the CRM never turns into leads; we read the CRM. A campaign that cannot show its leads there is turned off.

Engagement Structure.

Paid media is scoped inside the Operate tier of an engagement — the optional month-to-month operating retainer — never as a share of the ad budget and never as a standalone program. The ad budget is billed to the client by the platform and never marked up; iSimplifyMe engagements begin at $50,000.

There is no paid-media price list because there is no paid-media product. Existing clients raise it inside the Operate retainer; for everyone else, the engagement starts with the system the ads would feed, and the discovery call is where paid media gets decided.

Frequently asked questions

Can I hire iSimplifyMe just to run my Google Ads?

No — paid media runs only inside an engagement we already operate. If ads are your only need, a paid-media specialist is the right hire.

Which platforms do you run?

Google Ads, under our manager account, is most of the work. Meta campaigns run where an engagement's funnel needs them.

What does the AI actually do?

Three Claude-based skills read live account data — performance analysis, search-term methodology, and campaign investigation — and replace the hours of reading, not the decisions. A person sets budget and creative and decides whether a campaign keeps running.

How is paid media priced?

Inside the engagement, scoped with the rest of the Operate retainer, never as a percentage of ad spend. The ad budget is billed to you by the platform and is never marked up; iSimplifyMe engagements begin at $50,000.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

Below the volume where the search-term report is worth scoring, the analysis has nothing to work with, and we do not run it. The budget is scoped with the rest of the engagement.

Who owns the account?

You do. Our manager account gives us access; if the engagement ends, we unlink our access and the account — history, audiences, conversion data — stays with you.
